We did a wine tasting and sat on the rooftop lounge. Our bartender/waiter was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The open patio looking over Waco is so relaxing and the wine is fantastic. I highly recommend it at least once.

Love the Waco winery! Their rooftop is an amazing atmosphere in any weather. Misters for hot nights and blankets and heaters for cold ones. The staff and owner are always super helpful and kind.

After a long day at work I was needing something. I headed to Waco Winery to see what it was all about since it is only a few minutes away from my work. I was greeted by friendly smiles and very helpful staff. Kimberly Lester gave me a full tour of the area while explaining in great detail the local art work, the local jewelry and answered any questions that I had. Once outside on the patio, which has a smoking and nonsmoking sections, I was offered a nice warm blanket and they lit the heater to make sure I was warm and comfortable. The young ladies helping, Cheyenne and Meredith were very helpful in offering suggestions based on what type of wine I usually drink. They selected 5 different wines for me to taste and they did a very good job because I liked them all! Cheyenne and Meredith were very attentive not just to my table but also to the other table outside.

The Waco Winery Tasting Room & Rooftop Patio has an excellent venue with the perfect location. It’s located in the heart of downtown. The tasting room itself has a variety of local art displayed, a neat, comfy, cozy black light room. My favorite spot is the rooftop patio it’s beautiful up there. There is a unique custom made stage by a local artist and a nice selection of wines. - Sarah Bee
It's hard for me to review a place where I know the owner so here goes. When we heard Waco Winery was moving retail and entertainment downtown, our breath was hushed. And it happened! Now Waco has a proper showcase of art, pottery, music, black light room of pointillism and the wine. Yes. And the Cocoamodo chocolate! All around a very hip rooftop. -Bruce Huff
